*After several years of assisting needy children in the Troy R-III School District with ready-to-eat or easy-to-prepare food for weekend meals, members of LCARSP have decided to use monetary donations collected at meetings this year to support similar programs in the Winfield, Elsberry and Silex School Districts.  We will no longer be collecting food items for food pantries.  

If you are unable to attend meetings but would like to donate to these wonderful programs, please send your donation money to Jane Allen.
