June Meeting at Winfield R-IV School District

The LCARSP held their June meeting at the Lincoln County R-IV School District in Winfield. 
Superintendent Daniel Williams shared lots of interesting information about the district.  
 We really appreciated his time and all of the great information!
The group then held their monthly meeting and ended the day eating at Anchors Restaurant.

Shakespeare In The Park

Several LCARSP members attended a performance of "Shakespeare In The Park" in Forest Park.  The weather was wonderful, the performance was great and the food and company were delightful!

Bowling Green Amish Tour - 2019

Four members of LCARSP enjoyed a leisurely tour of the Amish community around Bowling Green Friday, May 3rd.  The group visited the bakery, the spice shop, and the general store. They shared a hearty wave with the residents they passed along the way.  The group enjoyed a great buffet at Saints Avenue CafĂ© then back-tracked to Bankhead Chocolates before heading home.

LCARSP Give Ceramic Painting a Try

Twelve members glazed away at Naturally Designed (461 Main St., Troy, MO) April 9th. 
Everyone was able to pick their pottery piece and put their own spin on it.
And here are the finished products!

March Meeting at Troy R-III Central Office

LCARSP declares winter over!  

It's time for our monthly meetings to begin again and the March meeting will be held at the Lincoln County R-III Central Office in Troy this Thursday, 10 a.m., March 14th.  This is different in years past as we usually visit Troy R-III in April.  

Lunch will be served after the presentation by R-III staff and our meeting.  We hope you will be able to join in and learn what's new at R-III!

Christmas Bell Ringers

Several members of the Lincoln County Area Retired School Personnel donated their time December 19th to "Ring Bells" for the Salvation Army.  These dedicated retirees manned the kettle located at the Walmart in Troy.
