Five Lincoln County educators received Missouri Retired Teacher Foundation Classroom Grants for their classrooms and students during the back-to-school meetings last week.  Four of the grants went to educators in the Troy R-III School District and one went to an educator in the Winfield R-IV District.  We are so proud of these ladies and the work they do!  Congratulations and best wishes for a great 2023-2024 school year!

* To foster a spirit of respect, loyalty, and enthusiasm among retirees.
* To conduct activities and service projects which advance the cause of public education and the teaching profession in Missouri.
* To award grants and scholarships to students enrolled in teacher education programs, to active teachers and to support personnel to extend their professional training.
