Successful Legislative Day and Craft Club Update

Legislative Day was a success with over 1000 school personnel attending!!! We didn't get to meet with Rep. Pietzman or Senator Riddle, but a few of us did get an invite from Senator Riddle's secretary and intern to go onto the Senate floor during their absence. (The senate had a late night/early morning working on legislation) It was quite exciting and we even got our picture taken with Senator Parsons from Bolivar!

Update on craft club:
If you cannot attend and want to provide material, please let us know. We can buy the fabric for you or you can drop it off by Halo and Wings before March 1.

Time: 10:00 a.m.

We need people to sew, press, and cut. (These are not the tied polar fleece blankets we've made at the meeting, but are still simple to construct.)
